Prep Zone Academy’s trainers are graduates from top universities around the world, with many years of experience in standardise test preparation. We are committed to provide a comprehensive and enriching experience for your child.

Tushar Jain

Tushar graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Applied Mathematics. Upon graduation and before joining Prep Zone Academy, he helped students prepare for Mathematical Olympiads in Singapore.

He has participated in and won honors/distinctions in Math Olympiads such as Junior Math Olympiad (Delhi, India), Regional Math Olympiad (Delhi, India), National Talent Search Examination (India), American Mathematics Contest (Singapore), Singapore Mathematical Olympiad, NTU Mathematics Olympiad, Australian Mathematics Competition (Singapore), among others.

Norah Ho

Norah studied Number Theory and obtained her doctorate degree in Mathematics from Nanyang Technological University. Before joining Prep Zone Academy, she worked as a teaching assistant at her university, helping undergraduate students in various mathematics subjects. She received the excellence award for teaching assistants from her university in 2016.

Norah is passionate about teaching. Her ability to dissect difficult topics into accessible concepts has helped students of different levels. She aims to inspire students to love mathematics, as she believes it is one of the best ways to learn this subject. 

Abhishek Krishna

Abhishek graduated from the National University of Singapore with a major in Engineering Science and minor in Mathematics. He has been tutoring high school students in mathematics and science for over four years. He won the Bronze Award at the Singapore Mathematical Olympiad and a coveted trophy for NUS at the Bridge Design Competition organized by NTU.

He never hesitates to step out of his comfort zone, and even as a teenager he went to Canada for a three-month internship at the University of Toronto, where he also got to tutor freshmen as part of his stint.

Christel Gomes

Christel graduated from the University Scholars Program in NUS as a scholar with an Honors in English Literature. Previously an editor and journalist, Christel started her career with the Straits Times and has since worked in television, and published in various local and international magazines. 

Christel also spent seven years as a debate coach and adjudicator for the national secondary school debating championships. Immediately prior to taking up her position with Prep Zone Academy, Christel worked as a Language Specialist, teaching English at Chiang Mai University.

Jessica Wong

A former college debater, Jessica holds a degree in Philosophy, with a specialization in human behaviour and ethics, from the National University of Singapore. Before joining Prep Zone Academy, she spent 5 years as a senior trainer with a training and consulting company, where she designed and delivered workshops on leadership, communication, and job skills, and delivered several talks on behalf of major organizations.

Having worked extensively with youths, she prides herself on her ability to establish a good rapport with her students as well as to deliver content in a clear and engaging manner.
